The Original Omelette Man has spent more than 50 years traveling Maryland, as well as traveling Baltimore, Washington D.C., Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware locations using his knowledge and expertise to meet all of your catering needs.In our many years of off-premise catering, we have catered to corporate firms, large hospitals, sports celebrities, and government officials. We have done various events, from Wedding Catering, School Events, Baby Shower Catering, Bar Mitzvah Catering, Bat Mitzvah Catering, Reunion Catering, Office Party Catering, Workplace Catering, Executive Catering, Birthday Catering, and more! Your event is incredibly special to us.

Company Policies

FOOD SERVICE:

The chef will arrive approximately one hour before serving in order to set up.
All packages include one hour of food service time.
The chef will need one table to serve from, an area for additional food and drinks, access to water, and access to electricity.
Extended food service time is $75.00 per Hour$ and 40.00 per half hour

Wait staff:

Waiter/Waitress rate is $140.00 for 2 hours.
Extended time is $70 per extra half hour.

Travel Fee:

Calculated from our locations in Towson or Aberdeen Maryland

$30.00 Local Fee
$35.00 for 25-44 miles
$40.00 for 45-50 miles
$70.00 For all DC Events
$55.00 for 50-64 miles
$70.00 for 65-85 miles
$80.00 over 85 miles, plus $1.00 per mile over 100 miles
Traveling over 100 miles is at our discretion.

Payment Options:

The customer must give at least 3 days notice before the date of the event for any changes to date, time, menu, headcount, etc.
Sales Tax (6%) and Gratuity / Service Fee (20%) are not included in the base price of the packages, but are calculated into the final price shown on our contracts.
Business and Personal Checks are Accepted.
Cash is Accepted.
A Major Credit Card is required is required to hold a date
All Major Credit Cards are Accepted. There will be a 3% service fee on the total amount charged when paying with a credit card.
Total amount is due on the date of the event.
P.O. and Invoicing is Accepted with the Approval of Management.
Early Booking is Recommended to ensure the desired date.
